The bathroom is situated on the left side of the hallway leading to the two large bedrooms. It comprises of WC, bidet, vanity unit with surface mounted wash hand basin and mirror above and bath with shower over. 

The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway with the second bedroom to the right. Both bedrooms have double wardrobes with ample hanging space and drawers.

Each bedroom has access to a terrace linking them which could easily be enclosed with glass curtains providing an alternative chill-out / seating area, ideal for relaxing and taking advantage of the morning sun.

The friendly and typical Spanish village of Sucina with its bars, restaurants and church square is just a few minutes away by car.

Murcia International airport is located approximately 20 minutes away by car and Alicante airport approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by car.

The historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena are both located approximately 40 minutes away by car.

The Costa Calida beaches running along the Mediterranean coastline are only a 20 minute drive away by car.
